In 2003, Ajay Raj Joshi, a young entrepreneur, started a small business in Lalitpur, Nepal, with just two employees using funds from his family and friends. He had a simple goal —to make it easier for people to pay their utility bills.

Hard work and honesty fueled the business's growth and revealed a larger issue—while many people struggled to find good jobs companies were equally looking for Formal Flexible Employees. This led to an expansion into staffing and recruitment, helping thousands secure formal flexible employment.

Today, Suvidha Holding has created over 100,000 jobs across Nepal, India, and beyond. What began as a small business has evolved into a diversified group of companies, led by experienced professionals creating opportunities across industries.
